Make Me Chic is my favorite company to shop online! They have great shoes, excellent handbags, jewelry, clothes, and other fabulous accessories. I was first introduced to them through a YouTuber named Selima77. I started visiting their site and saw that they had a wide selection of products to choose from and I loved the eclectic nature of their selection.

With that being said I needed a new bag and I wanted something that was different from the other bags I had and had some pizazz to it when you saw it. Basically I wanted it to POP! And POP it DID! My face has both warm and cool undertones. During the winter its a little cooler so I like to wear a foundation that has more of a red undertone. In the summer oddly enough my face is a little warmer so I like to tone it down with a foundation that has a olive/yellow undertone to it. And then lastly sometimes I like to mix the foundations to give my face the perfect shade of even tone brown skin. So here are the two shade their very close in color actually:

Her site is very interactive she has tutorials, full length customer reviews, even SWATCHES, its a fun site and Michelle is an awesome person. She's fun perky and makes everything seem effortless. I think everyone would benefit from this Guru's makeup. em cosmetics caters to all ethnicities and I'm so glad because many small and large cosmetic companies don't. But because Michelle has such a diverse fan base it was easy for her to find the various colors for every skin type and color and incorporate that into her line.

Loving the colors for Mariah's new line of polishes but honestly I can do without the $30 bottle of polish. I'm sorry its just too over the top for my tastes. I can't and won't spend that much on a polish. I hate spending $9 on OPI now! Seriously I grit my teeth every time I pull out my card and purchase 3 polishes and it cost me $27 + Tax. Now I've always been a very well rounded girl when it came to fashion. I like my shoe game to be tight and my clothes to offer edgy, subtle sophisticated, realness. Does that make sense? LOL! So I'm no stranger to a good pair of sneaks (jordans, creative recs, nikes, the list goes on and on).

Well Ms Teyana Taylor a very well known sneaker head has turned the sneaker world upside down with her additions to the well known and diverse culture. Teyana Taylor teamed up with Adidas Originals and was asked to create a pair of sneakers that reflected Harlem. And boy oh boy did Teyana deliver!!!! She came up with the concept of Harlem GLC (Good Luck Charm) a line of sneaks that are not only original but still on trend with the colors and prints that a high fashion designer would love to use. Check out the first pair she released earlier this year in February:







The sneakers are BAD! Teyana and her team are GENIUSES! I dig the creative way to utilized the back of shoe with the black bands. But the only drawback I have is that they are $140 a pop! Thats a lot of dough for some sneaks. I understand they were custom designs, by a celebrity, and are a part of the Adidas originals. And I know what y'all are saying: Tiffany you just confessed to owning several pair of high end sneakers yourself. Before y'all beat me up let me explain. Every pair of Jordans, Dunks, Bigs, Creative Recs or what have you that I own were bought for me. I have never spent a dime of my own money over $100 for a pair of sneakers. So I am not, nor have I have claimed to be a true sneakerhead I just appreciate the culture, thats all.

Teyana Taylor I'm sorry to say I don't follow you on Instagram or Twitter and I had idea about shoes but I gotta say these are awesome. Big UPS to you girl. You mad style and you got some big props from me!!!!

OVERALL: 10 OUT OF 10 - Great concept, great design. Its got the vibe that every sneakerhead secretly and publicly wants: Originality with a hit of celebrity luxury.
COST: 6 OUT OF 10 - Only because its not an affordable price but given the high end value of the shoe is actually affordable for people who have $140 to spend on some sneaks. Me...sigh, I'll just admire from a distance!
SHOE DESIGN: 10 OUT OF 10 - She kept the true nature of a sneaker. But jazzed it up with beautiful bronze colored snakeskin metallic leather that was brought out by black accents. Along with the faux studded tongue and very creative black band heel.
