New In Beauty: NCLA Has a New Nail Wraps Collection Inspired by the Movie Clueless, As If!

Nail company NCLA has released a new nail wrap collection inspired by the 90s cult fave movie and show Clueless! They've dubbed the new collection: Whatever! The colors and designed are beautiful and I absolutely love it! You can buy all 4 and mix and match the different wraps to create your own unique nail wrap manicure!
